Under 21 in the US and want a drink?
Here in the UK, it's always been more sensible that if you can drive at 17, have sex and get married then by the age of 18 you should be able to have a drink. In the US it has been by and large 21 for having a drink. But t'aint necessarily so as this US National Institute of Health webpage demonstrates.
Green indicates more relaxed regulations, generally when a family member or the spouse of a minor is present.
