Mark Jenkins is one of those interesting and odd individuals (I'm sure he is very nice in real life) who do unusual things and put them on a web site. Like wrapping dolls in plastic and leaving them around parts of cities or building life size dummies without heads and having them appear to be sticking out of walls.
