The Smallest 3d Shooter
Castle Wolfenstein is a classic game that first appeared on the Apple II 25 years ago. It was about the first of the 3D shoot-em-ups on the PC in 1992/1993 and featured in Return to Castle Wolfenstein a few years back.
Now it has been written in Javascript, in under 5KB of code. This is an astonishing achievement, although the game lacks the shootable dogs of the original but lets not quibble. The screen display is small, this is the only game I can recommend that you reduce your screen display to 640 x 480.
I've blown it up so you can see the Schweinhund lurking in the corner who got me. The top image is the real size!
