Survival Topics Website
Well I've never felt the need to buy a SAS survival book, as I've always felt that when I really need the advice, I'll be in a situation where I don't have the book handy, or it's dark with no power etc. You could say the same about this website- which has articles on Survival Topics.
I find the stuff here fascinating, eg using crickets to find the temperature (cynic me- says they die when its too hot!) but Dolbear's law relates the frequency of chirping to the temperature! There's a lot of stuff on the site though I think it could be organised better- you have to dig a bit (ah- training for survival!) to reach the nuggets.
