Sugru – Wonder Material
Invented by an Irish ex school teacher Jane Ní Dhulchaointigh, Sugru is an interesting compound that you can use to repair everyday things that have broken. If you are used to using sellotape or superglue then this may be a whole lot better.
Sugru bonds like glue to ceramics, leather, metals, plastics and wood: however, rather than harden it maintains a flexible form after being attached to a surface. There’s a large gallery of photos of things fixed with it. Clever stuff!
