Scottish artist Georgia Boyd Russell (not to be confused with English actress Georgia Russell) creates art by amongst other things, dissecting and slicing books. Some look as if they'be been through a shredder!This looks quite intensive work, and possibly likely to lead to a few cuts! I wonder how many books she trashed before she perfected her technique?

Nevertheless her work is unique. Given that each book would be in a rather fragile state, they are sold inside acrylic covers. Her other dissected works include playing cards, photographs and shet music.
