I've always been a fan of Pixel Art and this site is a little bit of DIY city building fun. It's a Pixel Art City Builder, that provides you with a toolbox of ready drawn pieces- 20 each of buildings, roofs, people, vehicles and roads in three different genres – contemporary city, snoland (all snow) and medieval (castles). Each genre comes with 8 backdrops as well. The city pieces are very well drawn and there are a few example e-cards to show you what you can achieve.
If you sign up with the site (it's free), you can save your cities and send them as e-cards or share them and even use them as desktop.
