Photo of Rooms around the World
Remember the bad 1970s photos of rooms (from a catalogue) covered on Portent? This site thankfully isn't about bad rooms, but provides a glimpse into rooms around the world. This interest in rooms and furnishings seems to be something of a Scandinavian trait (ie Ikea), as this website is located in Finland but in English.
You can search by country or by room so if you're looking for that Brazilian redesign, there are some great photos though not all countries are presently covered. (Some site statistics would be nice! Eg How many photos, how many countries). Ultimately though we'll probably all end up with about three looks thanks to globalisation. (Bolton Prediction #453).
