I'm a voracious reader of both fiction and non-fiction and I've read fiction on chess before but never on mathematics. Thsi si the work of Alex Kasman who teaches classes in multivariable calculus at the College of Charleston.

He has compiled a list of 598 (at present) works of fiction which include mathematics. Some are well known (39 Steps), Sherlock Holme. Alex himself is the author of a published collection of 16 stories "Reality Conditions".
