If you are of an artistic bent with a spray can but want to stay on the right side of the law, you can practise on Ze Wall. It's a virtual graffiti wall where you can add your tag and draw to you heart's content.
As can be seen, my artistic talents once again continue to disappoint and not enthrall. But maybe you can do better. Not this opens a pop up screen and uses Java (applet).

The only graffiti joke I know is "I hate graffiti- Italian food makes me ill".
