If You Park Badly…
This website provides downloadable PDFs that you can print, fill in and insert under the offenders wipers. It's a non confrontational way of telling someone what you think of their parking- like if you see someone occupying two parking spots. I saw one the other night at PC World car park at Beckton, East London. The entire car park was packed and there was one car diagonally parked in two spaces! I could have done with a sticker then!
At the Giant's Causeway car park in N. Ireland, I remember (this was in 1987 btw so may have altered) that if you didn't pay a parking fee they'd put a hard to remove sticker on your windscreen.
