Graph Your Data Free!
When I was younger, "swivel" was something you told people to do that wasn't very complimentary. I guess they got it perhaps as a synonym for pivot which is a way of rearranging data in a spreadsheet (just my guess). However swivel.com is an unusual website. It has currently 735 Data Sets, almost 50,000 graphs and lets people compare and graph different data sets.
Can you spot a connection between UFO sightings and sales of Bolivian Slippers? Who knows? There might be and if there is, this is probably the easiest way to find it.
The site is in preview and tends to run very slow at times. If you upload data and set it free there is no charge to use the site. Keep it private though and they charge, which seems fair.
The founders about is quite interesting. They're definitely techy but it is worth reading. Let me quote "
