This chart (whcih is animated and has mouse overs on the black areas) is one the Reporters Without Borders website, to highlight the 13 countries that practise web and net censorship. It was put up as a 24 hour protest on November 3rd 2006. These 13 countries suppress fre speech in many ways, even arresting bloggers.
Rsf.org has recently added Arabic language versions to its French, English and Spanish site versions.
