Face Research!
Let's face it (groan), websites about face research are fairly uncommon. This one lets you get involved, you can upload your image. This website run by experimental psychologists Lisa DeBruine and Ben Jones working at the University of Aberdeen
in Scotland. They're interested in how people read faces and the ways in
which this relates to experiences they have during their life.
The site is quite interactive and features, results of experiments, questionnaires. There is even a google map showing the nearly 1,200 participants locations who have got involved in the last two months. You can also generate average faces. Here's one. Interesting stuff.
