Esperanto and Gene Keyes
Gene Keyes sounds like an advanced technique but is actually a Canadian writer. He has published a 220 page science fiction romantic comedy (sci fi rom com?) book in both English and Esperanto on his site.

I dion't know anything about Esperanto except its an artificially created language, over 100 years old that looks a little like Spanish or Portuguese and is supposed to be easy to learn. On Gene Keyes website is "An introduction and Complete Grammar to Esperanto" by Ludovic Lazarus Zamenhof, who designed Esperanto and whose nickname "Dr Esperanto" named it. It's listed as being the 15th most popular language on Wikipedia with 61,000 articles.
