Epica Awards
This is sort of like the Eurovision Song Contest but for advertising agencies, film production companies, photographers and design studios operating in Europe. The awards (Gold, Silver and Bronze ) are awarded based on the originality of the creative idea and how well it is done. The picture illustrated is from a film ad for Coca Cola. "Happiness Factory".

On the results page there is a list of how many entrants there were for film and print categories. The major entries come from Germany, Sweden, France, and the UK but there are some from the USA, Saudi Arabia even as far away as Taiwan.
