E17 Art Trail – Finishes This Weekend
I only found out about this today and it finishes tomorrow. It's nothing to do with the pop band in the 90s but the area from where they came E17 – Walthamstow. (Trivia- If you combine the first three letters of Walthamstow with the last four of Stratford you get the fictional town Walford- where E20/ Eastenders is based.
The E17 Art Trail produces an annual visual art trail with 100 artists represented in exhibitions and events across the Walthamstow postcode, E17. Eat your heart out Hoxton! The E17 Art Trail was established in 2004 by two Walthamstow based Artists. It has grown into an annual event with up to 100 artists from Waltham Forest taking part.
The image is the map showing the area in Walthamstow where this has and still is happening. I live about a mile away.
