Disneyland- The Underground Tunnels
As Star Trek type transporters aren't available yet, the Cast Members (as they call the staff at Disneyland) have to get around the park quickly and and without much fuss. They do this be moving around underground in long tunnels. This is to preserve the magic of Disney- Walt didn't want people seeing Characters walking around the park on the way to their destination. Instead they just magically appear. There is a bigger version of the map shown here.

The link goes to a blog by someone who worked there. He sells Real Estate now but worked there and has added an entry about the place. Fascinating stuff.
