Gamedesign.jp have a neat compilatioon of games which includes the "Risk" like Dicewars. It's colourful, fast and furious. Armies are just dice, click on a country holding a stack of your dice, click a (weaker!) neighbours country and try to conquer it.

It's not a big as board (computer generated) as Risk so games should be over in 5-15 minutes.
