Cultural Blackspot?
Just opposite West Brompton tube, outside the Earls Court exhibition centre I saw this big sticker on a street box. No idea if it's a marketing campaign, criticism of the Bodies exhibition (plasticised skeletons of real people etc), a new realistic critical approach by the local council or what!
