Community Reporting – Press Esc

Press Esc aims to be the community based newspaper with the largest
circulation globally. The normal Press gives a disproportionate amount of column
inches to multinational corporations, international organisations and
powerful governments, at the expense of community based organisations. (Its a business of course and big business has more money). Press Esc aims to change the way news is reported by letting
stakeholders become the reporters.

One thing isn't clear is who exactly are the stake holders? Who posts the stories?
