Bad Astronomy by a Bad Astronomer
This site is a bit of a gem if you are into astronomy. It reminds me of the Incredibly Bad Movie Physics website and is by Philip Plait, a real life astronomer who calls himself the Bad Astronomer. It's not that he is a bad astronomer but that his site covers bad astronomy. He has also written a book about Bad Astronomy and having enjoyed his site, I've put in a request for it for my next birthday.
So what is Bad Astronomy? It's about all the mistakes made in films, on TV, and the other Astro word- you know the ology. "Today ten million virgos will die" etc. Also the Apollo 11 UFO, dbunking the "Apollo Miision to the moon was a fraud" etc. There's a lot of stuff on this website and it suffers from the "lots of stuff that is hard to find due to site growth by tacking things on" syndrome. But dig in, and have a look. If you're into astronomy and science this is a great website. If you're into astrology then it probably isn't!
And the site isn't entirely about debunking but also includes interesting stuff on astronomy.

Bad Movie Physics Website
How many times have you seen someone shot in a film and sent flying backwards? it only happens in films (movies) and not real life.
This site looks at popular films from the point of view of the physics in them and then points out the flaws. Cars don’t explode when they roll down a hill. Throw a cigarette in a bowl of petrol (gas) and it won’t ignite. Spaceships don’t make noise in space. There’s a review of recent blockbusters concentrating on the bad physics in them. Plus a few films which get highlighted for their accuracy and general good physics but they’re easily outnumbered by the bad ones!
