Eye of Science, founded in 1994, is in Reutlingen (Just south of Stuttgart) in Germany, consists of Oliver Meckes – Photographer, who has been into scientific photography since 1986 and Nicole Ottawa, who has a Dipl. Biologist and has been in scientific photography since 1993.

The website has stunningly beautiful photos, mostly captured by electron microscopy. Fauna, flora all magnified anything up to thousands of times. The picture shown is a small roundworm (x 1200 magnification) getting hassled by the immune system.
