An Open Source CBM-64 Emulator
My 2nd Computer was a CBM-64 bought for £300 pounds when it came out in 1983. Within six months I was in business writing games for it full-time.
Amazingly, PCs are now so powerful (about 3,000 to 5,000x as powerful as the CBM-64) that emulators for the CBM-64 run faster than the original computer. The one linked to is open source so you can study the Flash code and modify it should you wish. It also includes a number of roms so you can play original CBM-64 games and that’s Elite pictured, one of my favourites.
