Amazing! A Digital Waterfall Display
This is amazing. Look closely at the image above and you can see the word JEEP. That is made up of water and is in a water fall.

Basically someone has created a waterfall where letters and patterns can be printed in water and it remains long enough to be clearly readable. The video shows it in operation, being used an expensive animated sign to sell cars!

The technology as I understand it is computer controlled, opening and closing water valves very rapidly in much the same way an ink jet printer works. The water is collected and pumped back up to the storage tank so it doesn't waste much water, though it must take a fair bit of electricity.
