A Visual Dictionary
The link shows the word Portent (Quelle surprise!) but you can enter any word and see other similar words- in that respect it is like a visual thesaurus, but the colour of the connectors also indicates the relationship. Move the mouse over to see the definition and if you double click a link, it moves to that.
I love these kind of visual sites- this one is done in flash and very easy to use.
